Project: Stamped Concrete Patio
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Neighborhood: The Conservatory at the Plains (near Tower and Hampden)
Needs: The Feichtner family was looking for a stamped concrete patio that provided an outdoor living space that also incorporated a side path and a small side yard patio area.
Project Challenges:
Severe Slope: There was a pretty severe slope, but Ryan was about to build up a solid surface of road base to even out the surface, yet leaving enough slope for proper drainage.
Slip Resistance: The family has small children and wanted to get that extra protection against slippage. Exposed aggregate is a great solution for stairs. They liked the aggregate look so much, they decided to use it as an outline to the stamped concrete which created a beautiful customized look.
Pattern: Natural stone combined with aggregate
Approximate Square Footage: 1000 Square Foot

Testimonial:
Ryan recently finished a stamped concrete patio and side pathway for our home in Aurora, CO. He did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. He took great care in establishing a good foundation and doing things the right way. He was also a very hard worker and even worked through the rain to get our project finished on time and on budget! We would definitely recommend his company!
